The TSN-G5016 Series is a range of 16-port TSN-capable managed Ethernet switches designed for industrial networks that require high bandwidth, deterministic communication and long-term scalability. Built for modern automation and Industry 4.0 applications, the series supports Time-sensitive Networking technology to help provide reliable, bounded low-latency Ethernet communication across a unified industrial network.
Each switch in the series provides 12 10/100/1000BaseT(X) RJ45 ports, with a choice of either four 10GbE SFP+ slots or four 1000BaseSFP slots depending on the model. This allows the TSN-G5016 Series to support both high-speed fibre uplinks and standard Gigabit fibre expansion, making it suitable for machine networks, automation backbones, data-intensive industrial systems, control rooms, edge infrastructure and future network expansion.
The series supports key Ethernet and timing standards including IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, IEEE 802.1p class of service, STP, RSTP, hardware-based IEEE 1588v2 PTP, IEEE 802.1AS time synchronisation and IEEE 802.1Qbv time-aware shaper. These features help the switches support time-critical communication where predictable latency and accurate synchronisation are important.
Management and security features include IPv4/IPv6, LLDP, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, DHCP server/client, Syslog, port mirroring, HTTPS, SSH, RADIUS, TACACS+, login and password policy, trust access control and broadcast storm protection. The series supports up to 256 VLANs, a 9K MAC table and an 8 Mbit packet buffer.
Designed for industrial deployment, the TSN-G5016 Series uses an IP40-rated metal housing, supports DIN-rail mounting as standard, and can be wall mounted with an optional kit. It accepts 12V to 48V DC input through redundant dual power inputs and supports overload current and reverse polarity protection. With -40°C to 70°C operation, a 5-year warranty period and an MTBF of 809,568 hours listed in the datasheet, the TSN-G5016 Series is a strong switch platform for resilient industrial TSN networks.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
