The ARK-1222 is a compact fanless embedded box PC designed for DIN-rail industrial applications that require efficient computing, front-facing I/O and flexible expansion in a rugged enclosure. Available with Intel Atom x7433RE, Intel Processor N97 or Intel Core i3-N305 processor options, the ARK-1222 supports a range of performance requirements, from low-power industrial control and gateway applications through to more demanding edge computing and automation workloads.
The system includes 16GB built-in DDR5 4800MHz memory and supports dual 4K HDMI output, allowing it to drive two independent displays for operator terminals, machine interfaces, control panels or monitoring stations. Networking is handled through two Intel i226-IT LAN ports with 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps capability and Wake-on-LAN support, making the unit suitable for industrial networks, edge gateways and connected equipment environments.
For device integration, the ARK-1222 provides four RS-232/422/485 serial ports with auto flow control, two USB 3.2 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, 8-bit programmable DIO and optional CANBus support via DB9 cabling. Expansion is available through one M.2 E-Key 2230 slot, one M.2 B-Key 2280 slot with nano SIM holder, and one full-size mini PCIe slot shared with mSATA. This gives users options for wireless communication, storage, I/O expansion and application-specific modules.
The ARK-1222 supports 12V to 28V DC input, TPM 2.0, watchdog timer functionality, Windows 10/11 Enterprise and Ubuntu 24.04. The aluminium fanless chassis measures 60 x 158 x 114 mm and supports DIN-rail mounting as standard, with optional wall and VESA mounting. With wide temperature model options, shock and vibration resistance, and bundled software support including SUSI API, WISE-DeviceOn, Trellix and Acronis, the ARK-1222 is well suited to industrial automation, machine connectivity, smart infrastructure and edge control deployments.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
