The Moxa DA-920E-X08-HH is a fanless 2U industrial server combining the DA-920E computing platform with two high-voltage hot-swappable power modules. It is designed for demanding substation automation, virtualised protection and control, railway and industrial applications where robust computing and dual power-module capability are required.
Processing is provided by the eight-core Intel Xeon D-1834 processor. Four DDR4 RDIMM/UDIMM memory slots support up to 256GB of ECC memory, with individual modules of up to 64GB and speeds of up to 2666 MHz. This gives the platform substantial memory capacity for virtualised industrial applications and consolidated computing workloads.
Four 2.5-inch SATA SSD bays provide local storage, with support for Intel RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10. An additional M.2 M-key 2280 socket provides NVMe PCIe Gen 3 x2 connectivity for compatible solid-state storage.
The integrated networking configuration includes three 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports plus two 10/100/1000 Mbps interfaces. A dedicated management LAN and integrated BMC support remote out-of-band administration through IPMI, Redfish and a web interface.
Industrial I/O includes two isolated RS-232/422/485 serial ports with 2 kV isolation. For additional communications, acceleration or application-specific interfaces, the server provides one PCIe Gen 4 x16, one PCIe Gen 3 x8 and one PCIe Gen 3 x4 low-profile expansion slot.
The DA-920E-X08-HH includes two DA-PWR-200-HV hot-swappable power modules, each designed for nominal 100 to 240 VAC/VDC supplies and an operating voltage range of 90 to 264 VAC/VDC. The dual-module arrangement provides the power configuration intended for applications requiring greater power-supply resilience than the single-module DA-920E-X08-H.
The server is specified for -25 to 55°C operation and complies with IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613 and IEC 60255. EN 50121-4 compliance additionally supports railway wayside deployment. TPM 2.0, UEFI Secure Boot and out-of-band management complement the hardware platform for use within critical industrial infrastructure.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
