The EDS-G4012-4GC-HV is a complete Gigabit industrial managed switch offering 12 ports, including 8 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper ports and four combo (RJ45/SFP) slots for fibre uplinks. Designed for high-reliability industrial backbones, it supports resilient redundancy, flexible power options, and strong cybersecurity.
This model accepts a single 110/220 VDC/VAC high-voltage input, making it well-suited for deployment in substations, traffic control cabinets, and industrial sites with HV power infrastructure. Operating from -10 to 60°C, it is housed in a compact IP40 metal case with DIN-rail mounting.
Resiliency is delivered via Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (<50 ms recovery at 250 switches), along with standards-based RSTP/STP. Certified to IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2, the switch integrates product and lifecycle cybersecurity, including IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, HTTPS, SSH, SNMPv3, and role-based access control.
Additional features include VLANs, QoS, IGMP snooping, link aggregation, and support for industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET). Operators can configure and monitor the device via web, CLI, Telnet, MXstudio, or ABC-02 backup tools.
With a compact footprint, high-voltage single input, and integrated redundancy, the EDS-G4012-4GC-HV is ideal for utility, transportation, and automation networks that require secure and reliable Gigabit connectivity.
