The AIMB-279QF-LDB1 is a Q670E Mini-ITX industrial motherboard designed for compact systems that need strong processor support, multi-display capability and modern expansion in a small embedded form factor. Based on the AIMB-279 B1 platform, it supports 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core processors, as well as Intel Core 200S processors, with options up to 24 cores depending on CPU selection. This makes it suitable for industrial PCs, embedded controllers, machine vision systems, automation equipment, digital signage and edge computing applications.
This model uses the Intel Q670E chipset and supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 5600 MHz. With two SODIMM sockets and maximum capacity up to 96GB, the AIMB-279QF-LDB1 provides the memory capacity needed for modern multitasking workloads, industrial software and graphics-rich applications. The 170 mm x 170 mm Mini-ITX layout is useful where system size is limited but desktop-class embedded performance is still required.
Display support is one of the key strengths of this model. The ordering table lists one HDMI output, two DisplayPort outputs and an LVDS/eDP interface shown as 1/(1), indicating LVDS as the standard configuration with eDP supported as a BOM option. On Q670E models, up to four independent displays are supported, making the AIMB-279QF-LDB1 a good choice for HMI terminals, multi-screen monitoring stations, signage players and operator workstations.
Expansion includes one PCIe x16 Gen4 slot for a GPU, frame grabber, accelerator, storage controller or other add-in card. Storage and wireless expansion are supported through one M.2 M-Key socket and one M.2 E-Key socket, alongside two SATA III ports. Networking includes one Intel i219 GbE LAN and one Intel i226 2.5GbE LAN. Additional I/O includes four USB 3.2 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports, audio and 8-bit GPIO.
The AIMB-279QF-LDB1 also includes TPM support, AMP support, watchdog timer and 12V to 24V input through an ATX 8-pin connector with 5VSB header. With WISE-DeviceOn support, Windows 11 and Ubuntu image options, and 0°C to 60°C operation depending on CPU and cooling solution, it is a capable Q670E Mini-ITX motherboard for compact industrial systems requiring LVDS-focused display integration.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
