Designed for legacy fibre environments, the EDS-208A-MM-ST combines six 10/100 RJ45 ports with two 100BaseFX ST multi-mode fibre ports (each up to ~4 km). It bridges multiple copper endpoints with dual ST fibre links in a simple, unmanaged chassis.
Its IP30 aluminium enclosure fits neatly on DIN-rail with optional wall-mount plates available. Broadcast storm protection is enabled by DIP switch to help prevent traffic floods affecting uptime. Power resilience is provided by redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC inputs (9.6–60 VDC range), overload protection, and reverse polarity safeguards.
Tested for EMC immunity, shock, and vibration, and carrying hazardous, transport, and maritime approvals, the switch is ready for deployment in demanding industrial and infrastructure sites.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
