The VPort 07-3L36M is a compact 3-megapixel dome IP camera for mobile and industrial surveillance systems that require 12/24 VDC power, line-in audio and a balanced 3.6 mm field of view. The 3.6 mm fixed lens provides a 97 degree diagonal, 75 degree horizontal and 55 degree vertical angle, making it suitable for general monitoring where the view needs to be less wide than a 2.4 mm lens but still broad enough for vehicle, platform, access or equipment coverage.
The camera uses a 1/3-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor and supports 2048 x 1536 video at up to 20 fps, or 1920 x 1080 at up to 30 fps. H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression options allow users to balance quality, storage requirements and network bandwidth. Up to four independent video streams can be used for recording, live viewing and remote access. DynaStream and CBR Pro help improve bandwidth efficiency and image quality in constrained network environments.
This model uses 12/24 VDC power input through a DB9 connector and provides line-in audio for an external microphone or audio signal. Network connectivity is provided through a rugged M12 D-coded 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet port, supporting reliable use in mobile and industrial installations.
The VPort 07-3L36M features IP66 protection against dust and water, IK8 vandal resistance, metal housing, a PC dome cover and a built-in heater for dome demisting. It supports ONVIF Profile S, T and M, as well as Secure Boot, HTTPS, SSH, IP filtering and password protection. With operation from -40°C to 55°C, it is a solid choice for DC-powered surveillance applications requiring external audio input.
