The VPort P07-3L36M is a compact PoE dome IP camera with a 3-megapixel image sensor, line-in audio and a 3.6 mm fixed lens. It is designed for mobile and industrial surveillance systems that need a balanced viewing angle, rugged construction and simplified PoE cabling. The 3.6 mm lens provides a 97 degree diagonal, 75 degree horizontal and 55 degree vertical field of view, making it suitable for general-purpose monitoring where the scene needs more focus than a 2.4 mm ultra-wide lens but still requires good area coverage.
The camera supports a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536 at up to 20 fps, or 1920 x 1080 at up to 30 fps. H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression are supported, and up to four independent video streams can be configured. This gives system designers flexibility to set different streams for recording, live viewing and remote transmission. DynaStream helps optimise network efficiency, while CBR Pro helps maintain image quality when bandwidth is limited.
The VPort P07-3L36M receives power through PoE using its rugged M12 Ethernet connection, reducing the need for separate power cabling. The line-in audio interface supports external audio capture, which is useful when a dedicated microphone or audio source is required in a specific location.
The camera is built for demanding use, with an IP66-rated metal housing, PC dome cover, IK8 vandal resistance and a built-in heater for dome demisting. It supports ONVIF Profile S, T and M, Secure Boot, HTTPS, SSH, IP filtering and user-level password protection. With operation from -40°C to 55°C, the VPort P07-3L36M is a robust PoE camera for transport, onboard and industrial video surveillance applications.
