The VPort P07-3M42M-T is a wide temperature PoE dome IP camera with a 4.2 mm fixed lens and built-in microphone. It is designed for mobile surveillance applications where integrated audio, rugged environmental protection and a more focused field of view are required. The 4.2 mm lens provides an 82 degree diagonal, 64 degree horizontal and 47 degree vertical field of view, offering a useful balance between coverage and subject detail for vehicle interiors, access points, corridors, cabins and industrial monitoring locations.
The camera supports 3-megapixel resolution using a 1/3-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor. It can output 2048 x 1536 video at up to 20 fps, or Full HD 1920 x 1080 at up to 30 fps. H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression are supported, with up to four independent video streams available. This gives operators flexibility for recording, local monitoring and remote viewing while controlling bandwidth and storage requirements.
PoE power over the M12 Ethernet interface helps simplify installation and reduces the need for separate power cabling. The built-in microphone supports audio capture from the camera position, making this model useful when an all-in-one video and audio unit is preferred. DynaStream, CBR Pro, DNR, WDR, lens distortion correction and manual image tuning all help improve system performance in mobile and bandwidth-sensitive environments.
The camera features IP66 protection, IK8 vandal resistance, metal housing, PC dome cover and a built-in demisting heater. It also supports ONVIF Profile S, T and M, Secure Boot, HTTPS, SSH, IP filtering and password protection. With a wide temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, the VPort P07-3M42M-T is suited to rugged PoE surveillance systems in transport and industrial settings.
