The VPort P07-3M42M is a compact 3-megapixel PoE dome IP camera with a 4.2 mm fixed lens and built-in microphone. It is designed for mobile and industrial surveillance applications where integrated audio, PoE power and a moderately focused viewing angle are required. With an 82 degree diagonal field of view, the camera provides more targeted coverage than wider lens models, making it suitable for doors, corridors, passenger areas, vehicle sections, equipment bays and other defined monitoring zones.
The camera captures video using a 1/3-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor and supports up to 2048 x 1536 resolution at 20 fps, or 1920 x 1080 at up to 30 fps. H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression support helps balance image quality, storage capacity and network usage. The camera can output up to four independent streams, allowing different video profiles for live viewing, recording, remote access or event-driven monitoring.
The VPort P07-3M42M is powered by PoE through a rugged M12 Ethernet connection, helping reduce installation complexity in transport and industrial environments. The built-in microphone supports audio capture directly from the camera location, making it useful where audio monitoring is required without additional line-in hardware.
Image and video features include 2D/3D digital noise reduction, 100 dB wide dynamic range, adjustable image settings, lens distortion correction, timestamp and text overlay, privacy masks and configurable motion detection areas. The housing is IP66-rated and IK8 vandal resistant, with metal construction, a PC dome cover and a built-in heater for dome demisting. With ONVIF Profile S, T and M support, Secure Boot, HTTPS, SSH, IP filtering and password protection, the VPort P07-3M42M is a rugged PoE surveillance camera for standard temperature deployments from -40°C to 55°C.
