The 65M-1900-CT-T is a 32-channel digital input module for ioPAC 6500 Series 65M modular controller systems. It is designed for applications that need to bring multiple 24 VDC digital field signals into an ioPAC 6500 Intelligent Integrated Node configuration, making it suitable for monitoring switches, contacts, proximity sensors, relay states, equipment status and other discrete industrial signals.
This module supports sink-type digital inputs and can use internal or external field circuit supply for dry contact applications. The input voltage range is 11 to 30 VDC for an on state and 0 to 5 VDC for an off state, with an input current of 2.35 mA per channel. Channels 1 to 8 can be group configured by software for digital input or event counter mode, giving the module additional flexibility where pulse or count-based signals need to be monitored. The counter frequency supports square wave input from 0 to 10 kHz.
Diagnostics are an important part of this model’s value. The 65M-1900-CT-T supports input wire-break detection and internal field circuit supply detection, helping operators identify wiring or supply issues more quickly. This can reduce troubleshooting time in remote cabinets, distributed control systems and utility or transport installations where access may be limited.
The module forms part of the ioPAC 6500 modular I/O system and supports the range’s error-proof arrow-pin design when paired with its matching terminal block. The compatible terminal block is 65M-TB-1900-CT-T, which is sold separately. The module consumes 0.068 A at 12 VDC for system power and has field power requirements that vary depending on whether the internal field circuit supply is used. With plastic housing, -40°C to 75°C operation, conformal coating support, hot-swap design and tool-free installation, the 65M-1900-CT-T is a strong option for high-density digital input monitoring.
