The 65M-3610-CT-T is a 16-channel analogue voltage input module for ioPAC 6500 Series 65M modular controller systems. It is intended for applications that need to monitor voltage-based analogue signals from industrial sensors, instruments and control equipment. Typical use cases include remote monitoring, automation systems, utility equipment, infrastructure control and data acquisition applications where multiple voltage inputs are required.
This module supports differential analogue voltage inputs with selectable 0 to 10 V and 1 to 5 V input ranges. It provides 16-bit converter resolution, with measurement resolution of 1 mV for 0 to 10 V signals and 0.4 mV for 1 to 5 V signals. Accuracy is specified as ±0.1% full scale range at 25°C and ±0.3% full scale range across the full -40°C to 75°C operating temperature range. The module permits overload up to ±12 V and has an input impedance of 1 megaohm.
For applications where signal reliability is important, the 65M-3610-CT-T includes input wire-break detection, with a maximum delay of 1.6 seconds. It also provides 3 kVDC isolation between signal and system and 1 kVDC isolation between groups, helping protect the controller platform from field-side electrical disturbances. Conversion time is listed as 100 ms, and the module supports normal mode and common mode rejection performance suitable for industrial environments.
The 65M-3610-CT-T is part of the modular ioPAC 6500 system and supports the platform’s tool-free hardware installation, hot-swap design and error-proof arrow-pin arrangement when used with the correct terminal block. The compatible terminal block is 65M-TB-3610-CT-T, which is sold separately.
With 0.069 A at 12 VDC system power consumption, 0.038 A at 24 VDC field power, conformal coating support and -40°C to 75°C operation, the 65M-3610-CT-T is well suited to rugged voltage monitoring in modular industrial controller systems.
