The EDS-2016-ML-MM-ST provides fourteen 10/100 RJ45 ports alongside two 100BaseFX ST fibre ports, making it well-suited for networks that rely on legacy ST connectors. Supporting multi-mode fibre distances up to 4 km, it bridges copper device networks with extended fibre infrastructure in a simple, unmanaged form factor.
Its rugged IP30-rated metal housing and compact DIN-rail design make installation straightforward, even in crowded panels. QoS and BSP can be enabled with DIP switches to optimise data flows under heavy network use, while a relay output delivers alarms for power or port issues.
Redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC inputs ensure resilience against power instability, supported by overload and reverse polarity protection. High EMI/EMC immunity adds another layer of reliability for noisy industrial environments.
Operating in temperatures from -10°C to +60°C, the EDS-2016-ML-MM-ST is ideal for process automation, manufacturing floors, and industrial monitoring systems where ST fibre is required.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility.
