The EDS-2016-ML-MM-SC-T offers the same combination of fourteen copper ports and two SC multi-mode fibre ports as the standard model, but with a wide operating range of -40°C to +75°C. This makes it an ideal solution for connecting local Ethernet devices to fibre backbones in outdoor cabinets, transportation systems, and other harsh industrial sites.
Built for resilience, the switch features an IP30-rated metal enclosure, DIN-rail mounting, redundant dual DC power inputs, and EMC-hardened circuitry. A built-in relay output can trigger alarms in the event of power loss or port-break issues, helping maintenance teams respond quickly. QoS and BSP can be enabled via DIP switches to maintain traffic stability under high loads.
The SC multi-mode fibre ports support transmission distances up to 4 km, while fourteen RJ45 ports serve nearby devices. With overload protection, reverse polarity safeguards, and compact form factor, the EDS-2016-ML-MM-SC-T is engineered for dependable long-term deployment.
With an MTBF above 2 million hours and backed by a 5-year warranty, it offers the assurance required for critical infrastructure.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
