The EDS-2016-ML-SS-SC is designed for applications requiring long-distance fibre connectivity. Featuring fourteen 10/100 RJ45 copper ports and two 100BaseFX single-mode SC fibre ports, it supports distances up to 40 km or more depending on fibre type, making it an ideal solution for inter-building or campus-wide links.
The switch comes in a compact IP30-rated metal housing with DIN-rail mounting for quick installation. DIP switches allow the activation of QoS and BSP functions, stabilising performance under heavy network loads. A built-in relay output reports power or port-break failures for improved operational visibility.
With redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs and robust EMI/EMC protection, the EDS-2016-ML-SS-SC is engineered for high reliability in industrial settings. Operating from -10°C to +60°C, it fits well into automation, energy, and utility environments where long fibre runs are required.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
