The EDS-2016-ML-MM-ST-T extends the functionality of the copper/fibre hybrid design with a wide -40°C to +75°C operating range. With fourteen RJ45 ports and two multi-mode ST fibre ports, it allows connections over 4 km fibre runs while serving multiple copper-based devices locally.
This unmanaged switch is purpose-built for harsh environments such as roadside cabinets, outdoor enclosures, and energy or utility sites where wide-temperature resilience is essential. Its IP30-rated metal housing, redundant dual DC inputs, and high EMI/EMC immunity ensure stable operation. A relay output provides quick fault reporting, while DIP switches enable QoS and BSP to help prioritise critical data.
With its extended temperature tolerance, proven burn-in reliability, and a 5-year warranty, the EDS-2016-ML-MM-ST-T is the right choice for mission-critical networks in extreme environments.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
