The EDS-516A are standalone 16 port managed Ethernet switch. With their advanced Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain technology (recovery time <20ms), RSTP/STP, and MSTP support the EDS516A switches, increasing the reliability and availability of your industrial Ethernet network. Models with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C are also available, and the switches support advanced management and security features, making the EDS-516A switches suitable for any harsh industrial environment. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
