The Moxa EDS-2016-ML Series delivers flexible, unmanaged Ethernet connectivity for industrial networks that need a mix of copper and fibre. Models provide up to sixteen 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports, plus options with two 100BaseFX fibre ports in multi-mode (SC or ST) or single-mode (SC) to extend links over longer distances. The series is built in an IP30 metal housing with DIN-rail mounting and compact dimensions for easy installation in crowded control panels.
Operational reliability features include redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs with overload and reverse-polarity protection, strong EMI/EMC immunity, and a relay output that can signal power failure or a port-break event. DIP switches on the front panel let you enable Quality of Service (QoS) and Broadcast Storm Protection (BSP), helping prioritise critical traffic and stabilise busy networks without needing a managed switch.
Standard models operate from -10°C to +60°C, while wide-temperature (-T) variants extend this to -40°C to +75°C for outdoor cabinets and other harsh environments. Copper-only and fibre-equipped versions share a consistent form factor and straightforward plug-and-play setup, backed by burn-in testing for dependable, long-term service.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
