The Moxa MGate MB3170I-G2-T is a wide-temperature, isolated 1-port Modbus gateway with RS-232/422/485 serial and dual Ethernet ports, designed for harsh sites where both electrical noise immunity and extended temperature operation matter. It supports transparent conversion and agent mode polling with cached data to improve performance for supervisory systems.
This variant combines 2 kV serial isolation with the -T wide-temperature operating range, making it suitable for demanding deployments such as outdoor automation, transportation infrastructure and utilities. Dual Ethernet ports allow cascading or dual-subnet architectures, helping segment traffic or simplify field wiring. Web-based configuration, diagnostics and monitoring tools support faster maintenance, and HTTPS (TLS 1.2) plus SNMPv3 support secure management.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
