The PICO-TGU4 is a compact Pico ITX single board computer designed for space constrained embedded and industrial builds where performance, connectivity, and long term stability matter. Built around 11th generation Intel Core and Celeron U series processor options, it delivers a strong balance of CPU capability and efficient power draw, making it a smart fit for edge computing, industrial automation, smart kiosks, digital signage controllers, test and measurement, and gateway applications.
A key advantage of the PICO-TGU4 range is onboard LPDDR4x memory (up to 32 GB, dual channel), helping to simplify builds and improve reliability versus removable memory in vibration prone environments. Select configurations also support in band ECC, which can be valuable for critical data capture and always on deployments.
For network heavy edge workloads, the board combines 2.5GbE via Intel i226 with an additional 1GbE Intel i219 port, enabling segmented networks, redundant connectivity, or dedicated OT and IT separation.
Display support includes HDMI 2.0b plus eDP, with up to two simultaneous displays, supporting modern HMI and compact signage builds.
Expansion and storage are flexible: an M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (configuration dependent), alongside SATA for additional storage options, plus a full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot for wireless, cellular, storage, or specialist I O add ons. With multiple USB options, two RS-232/422/485 serial ports, and GPIO, it integrates easily with legacy devices and modern peripherals.
The series supports Windows 10 64 bit and Ubuntu Linux, includes watchdog support, and offers optional TPM 2.0 for platform security. For compliance driven projects, the board is listed with CE and FCC Class A EMC.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
