The PICO-TGU4W1-A10-0005 is the wide temperature variant in the PICO-TGU4 range, designed for harsher environments where standard office grade operating limits are not enough. It combines the Intel Core i7-1185G7E processor with 8 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory, and extends the operating temperature range to -20 to 70 C, making it a strong choice for transport, outdoor cabinets, factory floor edge systems, and remote sites where ambient temperatures swing widely.
Performance and connectivity remain consistent with the PICO-TGU4 platform. Dual Ethernet includes a 2.5GbE interface (Intel i225/226 family) plus a 1GbE Intel i219 port, supporting segmented networks, redundant connectivity strategies, or dedicated bandwidth for high volume data collection. Display options include HDMI and eDP, supporting compact signage, control room HMI, and embedded panels. The platform supports up to two displays simultaneously, enabling flexible user interface designs.
Storage and expansion are optimised for modern embedded builds: the M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (configuration dependent) for fast NVMe storage or SATA devices, and there is also SATA support for additional storage. A full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot supports cellular connectivity, Wi-Fi, or specialist expansion, keeping the system small while remaining adaptable.
For integration with industrial equipment, the board includes multiple USB options (USB 3.2 Gen2 plus internal headers), two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485 for legacy and industrial devices, and GPIO for digital signalling. Reliability features include watchdog support and Wake on LAN for remote management, while optional TPM 2.0 supports security driven deployments. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
