The PICO-TGU4-A10-0007 is a balanced high performance option in the PICO-TGU4 family, pairing an Intel Core i7-1185G7E processor with 16 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory. It is ideal when you want the speed of the i7 platform but do not require the maximum 32 GB memory configuration, making it a strong fit for industrial gateways, compact automation PCs, edge data collection, and HMI systems that run multiple services or heavier applications.
This board supports demanding connectivity requirements with dual Ethernet, including a 2.5GbE interface (Intel i225/226 family) and a separate 1GbE Intel i219 port. This allows you to design segmented networks, connect to high bandwidth devices, and maintain reliable upstream communications, which is especially useful in industrial environments where network separation is best practice.
For display and panel integration, HDMI plus eDP supports modern screens and flexible embedded display designs. The platform supports up to two displays simultaneously, useful for dual screen HMI, control room interfaces, or combined operator and status displays. Storage and expansion are equally versatile: an M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (depending on configuration), there is SATA support for additional storage, and the full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot supports wireless, cellular, and add on I O without expanding the system footprint.
Peripheral and legacy device support is covered with USB 3.2 Gen2 plus internal headers for additional USB, two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485, and GPIO for digital control and monitoring. The board supports Windows 10 64 bit and Ubuntu Linux, includes watchdog support for resilience in unattended systems, and offers optional TPM 2.0 for secure boot and platform protection. This standard variant is specified for 0 to 60 C operating temperature and uses 12 V power input, suitable for most industrial enclosures and control cabinets.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
