The PICO-TGU4-A10-0008 is a mid to high tier configuration designed for embedded applications that need more memory for multitasking and modern software stacks. It combines an Intel Core i5-1145G7E processor with 16 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory, making it well suited for edge gateways, compact industrial PCs, kiosk controllers, and HMI systems that benefit from additional RAM for smoother performance and longer service life.
Like the rest of the PICO-TGU4 family, this board is built for connectivity and integration. Dual Ethernet includes 2.5GbE via the Intel i225/226 family plus a separate 1GbE Intel i219 interface, supporting network segmentation, dedicated uplink bandwidth, or separate management networks. Display support includes HDMI and eDP, enabling flexible screen choices for modern industrial panels and compact signage designs, with support for up to two displays simultaneously when required.
For storage, the M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (configuration dependent), and SATA support provides an additional path for SSD storage. Expansion is handled via a full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot, which is useful for Wi-Fi, LTE, fieldbus, or application specific modules.
In terms of I O, the board offers USB 3.2 Gen2 plus internal headers for USB 3.2 Gen1 and USB 2.0, allowing easy connection of peripherals such as barcode readers, cameras, touch controllers, and security devices. Two serial ports support RS-232/422/485 for compatibility with industrial instruments and legacy controllers, while GPIO supports simple digital I O tasks. Reliability features include watchdog support and Wake on LAN, and security options include optional TPM 2.0. This configuration is specified for 0 to 60 C operating temperature and uses 12 V power input, aligning with typical industrial power and enclosure designs.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
