The PICO-TGU4-A10-0003 is a Pico ITX embedded board configured with an Intel Core i3-1115G4E processor and 8 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory, giving you a cost effective route into modern edge compute without sacrificing I O and expansion. This combination is well suited for compact industrial gateways, automation cell controllers, data concentrators, and HMI systems that need dependable performance with a modest thermal envelope.
Connectivity is a standout feature in this class. You get dual Ethernet with a 2.5GbE port (Intel i225/226 family) alongside a 1GbE Intel i219 port, which is ideal for separating machine networks from enterprise networks, or for connecting a controller to upstream services while keeping device traffic isolated.
For display, HDMI plus eDP enables flexible panel integration, including modern embedded display assemblies, with support for two displays when required.
Storage and expansion are designed for practical embedded builds. The M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (depending on configuration), and there is also SATA available for additional storage devices. A full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot adds options for Wi-Fi, LTE, fieldbus cards, or extra storage.
For integration, the board includes a strong mix of USB (USB 3.2 Gen2 and Gen1, plus USB 2.0 headers), two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485, and GPIO for simple digital signalling and control. Operationally, it is powered from 12 V and is specified for 0°C to 60°C operating temperature, making it a dependable choice for typical industrial enclosures.
It also supports Windows 10 64 bit and Ubuntu Linux, includes watchdog functionality, and offers optional TPM 2.0 for security minded deployments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
