The PICO-TGU4-A10-0005 is a high performance Pico ITX single board computer configured with an Intel Core i7-1185G7E processor and 8 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory. It is designed for demanding edge compute roles in a very small footprint, making it ideal for analytics at the edge, multi protocol industrial gateways, compact machine controllers, and modern HMI or kiosk designs that need strong responsiveness.
This platform pairs compute with excellent connectivity. Dual Ethernet includes 2.5GbE (Intel i225/226 family) alongside a separate 1GbE Intel i219 interface, giving you options for network segmentation, dedicated uplink bandwidth, or separating OT traffic from IT traffic Display options cover HDMI 2.0 and eDP, supporting modern panels and 4K class output, and enabling two simultaneous displays for dual screen HMI or signage controllers.
Storage and expansion remain a core strength. The M.2 2280 M key slot supports PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (depending on configuration), allowing fast NVMe storage or flexible SATA based designs. SATA connectivity is also provided for additional storage. A full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot supports wireless, cellular, or application specific expansion without increasing system size.
Integration into industrial systems is straightforward with a broad USB set (USB 3.2 Gen2, USB 3.2 Gen1, and USB 2.0 headers), two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485, and GPIO for digital control and monitoring. The board supports watchdog functionality, Wake on LAN, and optional TPM 2.0 for secure deployments, which is particularly relevant for remote edge sites and unattended systems. Operating temperature is specified at 0 to 60 C for this standard variant and it uses a 12 V power input. It supports Windows 10 64 bit and Ubuntu Linux, giving integrators flexibility across industrial software stacks

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
