The PICO-TGU4-A10-0004 builds on the same compact Pico ITX platform with an Intel Core i5-1145G7E processor and 8 GB onboard LPDDR4x memory, providing extra headroom for more demanding edge workloads while keeping a small footprint for tight cabinets and panel integrations. It is a strong match for industrial automation controllers, machine vision pre-processing, smart factory gateways, and connected HMI applications where you need faster compute and robust connectivity.
In edge and industrial deployments, networking often dictates system choice. This board includes a 2.5GbE port (Intel i225/226 family) plus a separate 1GbE Intel i219 port, supporting segmented networking, redundant uplinks, or dedicated bandwidth for data acquisition while maintaining reliable upstream connectivity.
Visual output is equally flexible: HDMI plus eDP supports modern displays and embedded panels, and the platform can run up to two displays concurrently, ideal for operator interfaces and compact signage. For storage and expansion, you have an M.2 2280 M key slot supporting PCIe Gen4 x4 or SATA (configuration dependent), plus SATA connectivity for additional drives. The full size mini PCIe or mSATA slot keeps the design adaptable, whether you need wireless connectivity, cellular backup, or specialist I O cards. A broad USB mix supports peripherals such as scanners, cameras, touch controllers, and secure dongles, while two serial ports (RS-232/422/485) support legacy instruments and industrial devices. GPIO adds straightforward digital control for signals, relays, and simple status monitoring.
This variant is specified for 0 to 60 C operating temperature and uses a 12 V supply, making it suitable for most industrial enclosures and control panels. It supports Windows 10 64 bit and Ubuntu Linux, includes watchdog support, and offers optional TPM 2.0 for platform security.
With CE and FCC Class A EMC listing, it also supports compliance requirements in many industrial projects.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
