The Moxa DA-820E-C3-LL-T is the redundant 48V DC version of the DA-820E platform, offering dependable industrial computing for sites where low-voltage DC power and system availability are both essential. Built with an Intel Core i3-1320PE processor and 2x DA-PWR-120-LV hot-swappable power modules, this model is ideal for substation automation, rail wayside systems, remote monitoring nodes, and industrial communications infrastructure that require improved protection against power-related interruption. The dual 48 VDC module setup helps support business continuity in critical OT environments where equipment must remain operational around the clock.
The DA-820E-C3-LL-T also benefits from the DA-820E Series’ extensive interface and expansion capabilities. It includes 4x hot-swappable 2.5-inch SSD slots, up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM, 4x Gigabit LAN ports, 2x software-selectable serial ports, 6x DI, 2x DO, and PCIe slots for added functionality such as PRP/HSR or extra serial and network ports. These features make it well suited to integrated control, communications, and monitoring tasks in harsh environments. A fanless 3U rackmount chassis, IP30 metal housing, and -40 to 70°C operating temperature help support reliable field performance, while TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot strengthen device security. Standards including IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255, EN 50121-4, IEC 62368-1, and UL 62368-1 confirm its readiness for demanding power and railway applications.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
