The Moxa DA-820E-C7-HH-T is the high-voltage redundant version for users who need top-tier computing performance and enhanced power availability in mission-critical industrial environments. Combining an Intel Core i7-1370PE processor with 2x DA-PWR-150-HV hot-swappable power modules, this model is designed for high-availability substations, central SCADA nodes, utility automation servers, advanced communications gateways, and railway infrastructure control systems. Its redundant 100V to 240V AC/DC power-module design helps support continuous operation in sites where system interruption can have major operational consequences.
The DA-820E-C7-HH-T builds on the DA-820E platform’s strong balance of ruggedness, expansion, and interface flexibility. It includes 4x hot-swappable SSD slots with RAID support on selected bays, up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM, 4x Gigabit LAN ports, 2x serial ports, 6x DIs, 2 DOs, multiple display outputs, and PCIe expansion for network, fibre, PRP/HSR, or serial add-ons. This allows the system to serve as a central compute node for large and complex industrial networks. Security features including TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot support secure deployment strategies, while the fanless 3U rackmount enclosure, IP30 metal housing, and -40 to 70°C operating range make it ready for harsh environments. For regulated installations, certifications including IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255, EN 50121-4, IEC 62368-1, and UL 62368-1 reinforce its position as a rugged, standards-ready industrial edge computer.
