The Moxa DA-820E-C5-LL-T is engineered for high-reliability 48V DC deployments that need stronger processing performance and redundant power support within a rugged industrial platform. Featuring an Intel Core i5-1340PE processor and 2x DA-PWR-120-LV hot-swappable low-voltage power modules, this model is ideal for substation automation servers, resilient communications platforms, industrial control systems, rail infrastructure monitoring, and OT edge applications where both computing capability and uptime are critical. Its redundant 48V DC design is particularly useful in installations where continuous service must be maintained even during maintenance or power-module events.
As part of the DA-820E family, the DA-820E-C5-LL-T offers a rich industrial feature set, including 4 hot-swappable SSD slots, up to 64 GB DDR4 memory, 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2x software-selectable serial interfaces, DI/DO connectivity, and multiple PCIe expansion slots for greater system customisation. These capabilities make it a flexible platform for communications, protocol conversion, monitoring, and centralised industrial data handling. Its fanless design supports long-term reliability in dusty or maintenance-sensitive locations, while TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot help meet growing cybersecurity expectations in OT environments. With IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255, and EN 50121-4 compliance, as well as IEC 62368-1 and UL 62368-1, it is ready for deployment in heavily regulated sectors. A -40 to 70°C operating range and IP30 metal housing further reinforce its suitability for demanding industrial and transportation sites.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
