The Moxa DA-820E-C5-H-T is a high-performance industrial computer designed for organisations that need more processing headroom for modern OT and edge workloads while retaining the ruggedness required for harsh infrastructure deployments. Equipped with an Intel Core i5-1340PE processor and 1x DA-PWR-150-HV hot-swappable power module, this model is a strong choice for substation automation, protocol gateway applications, industrial data concentration, rail monitoring, power management systems, and virtualised SCADA environments. Its high-voltage power design makes it suitable for sites operating on 100 to 240 VAC/VDC, while hot-swappable power hardware simplifies service and maintenance in the field.
The DA-820E-C5-H-T offers the same highly integrated DA-820E architecture that supports demanding OT system design. It includes 4x hot-swappable SSD bays, an M.2 2280 slot, up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM, 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2x software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 6x DIs, 2x DOs, and multiple PCIe expansion slots. This connectivity mix allows it to serve as a central platform for communications, control, data collection, and multi-service industrial computing. It is also designed for secure edge use, with TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot supporting stronger device integrity. For regulated environments, the platform meets IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255, and EN 50121-4, alongside broader EMC and safety approvals including IEC 62368-1 and UL 62368-1. With a fanless 3U chassis, IP30 metal housing, and -40 to 70°C operating temperature, the DA-820E-C5-H-T is an excellent fit for industrial applications requiring a balance of performance, reliability, and standards compliance.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
