The Moxa DA-820E-C7-LL-T is the top 48V DC redundant model in the DA-820E lineup, created for mission-critical industrial environments that need both maximum compute power and enhanced availability. It combines an Intel Core i7-1370PE processor with 2x DA-PWR-120-LV hot-swappable power modules, making it ideal for high-performance substation automation, virtualised OT servers, advanced railway monitoring, resilient communications gateways, and central industrial edge computing platforms. Its dual-module 48V DC design supports stronger uptime protection for sites where uninterrupted operation is essential.
The DA-820E-C7-LL-T delivers a rich mix of rugged engineering and system flexibility. It offers 4x hot-swappable SSD bays, up to 64 GB DDR4, 4x Gigabit LAN, 2x software-selectable serial ports, digital I/O, multiple display outputs, and PCIe expansion slots that can support extra networking, fibre, or PRP/HSR functions. This makes it well suited to handling complex, multi-service industrial workloads from a single rackmount system. To support secure deployments, it includes TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot, while the fanless construction, IP30 metal chassis, and -40 to 70°C operating range help it withstand electrically and environmentally demanding sites. Compliance with IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255, EN 50121-4, IEC 62368-1, and UL 62368-1 confirms it is ready for power, transport, and other regulated industrial sectors where ruggedness, standards alignment, and performance all matter.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
