Moxa DA-820E Series is a high-performance 3U rackmount industrial computer range built for substation automation, railway wayside systems, SCADA, protocol conversion, power monitoring, and other mission-critical edge applications. Powered by 13th Gen Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors, the DA-820E Series combines strong computing capability with a fanless, rugged design for reliable long-term deployment in electrically harsh environments. It features 4 hot-swappable 2.5-inch SSD bays with Intel RST RAID 0/1 support on SSD slots 1 and 2, up to 64 GB DDR4 memory, 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual software-selectable serial ports, digital I/O, multiple display outputs, and PCIe expansion for communications and network redundancy modules. Security features such as TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot help support secure OT and edge computing deployments, while redundant hot-swappable power module options support both high-voltage and 48 VDC installations. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Wireless Solution Saves Time and Reduces Overheads for OT Machinery Monitoring Project
Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
