The EDS-4012-4GC-LV offers maximum uplink flexibility with four combo ports that can be configured as 10/100/1000Base-T(X) copper or 100/1000 SFP. Eight 10/100 copper access ports handle field endpoints. Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain provide sub-20 ms failover across 250 switches (< 50 ms when links are ≥ 1 Gbps), with RSTP/MSTP, MRP and LACP for standards-based redundancy and aggregation.
Cyber security aligns with IEC 62443-4-2 SL2, featuring HTTPS/SSH, 802.1X, ACLs, DHCP snooping, storm control and MAC protections. MXstudio streamlines visualised setup and audits; tooling includes SNMPv1/v2c/v3, LLDP, RMON, syslog, SPAN/RSPAN and fibre check. OT protocol awareness covers EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and PROFINET Device; IEEE 1588v2 PTP (hardware-based) supports utility timing.
Switch resources: 16K MAC table, 1 MB buffer, 9,216-byte jumbo frames, four quality of service queues, up to 256 VLANs and IGMP snooping/querier. Power is provided by a redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC (9.6–60 VDC operating) system with protection features. Compact IP40 housing, DIN-rail/wall mounting, and -10 to 60°C operation suit tight cabinets and panels.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
