The EDS-4012-8P-4GS-LVB-T combines flexible 12/24/48 VDC dual inputs with wide-temperature operation for demanding field sites. Eight IEEE 802.3af/at/bt ports deliver up to 90 W per port with total PoE budgets of up to 180 W at 48 V, 120 W at 24 V (-T), and 62 W at 12 V. Four 100/1000 SFP uplinks enable fibre backhaul. Turbo Ring/Chain (< 20 ms; < 50 ms at ≥ 1 Gbps), RSTP/MSTP, MRP and LACP maximise uptime.
Security aligns with IEC 62443-4-2 SL2 and includes HTTPS/SSH, 802.1X, ACLs, DHCP snooping, storm control and MAC protections. MXstudio provides PoE policy control and visualised workflows; SNMP/LLDP/RMON/syslog/port mirroring and fibre check assist maintenance. Industrial protocol support includes EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and PROFINET Device; hardware-based IEEE 1588v2 PTP supports accurate timing.
Core resources: 16K MAC, 1 MB buffer, jumbo frames, four quality of service queues, 256 VLANs, IGMP snooping/querier. Power is dual 12/24/48 VDC (operating 12–57 VDC; >52 VDC recommended for PoE+), robust IP40 metalwork and operation from -40 to 75°C suits exposed cabinets and poles.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
