With four combo uplinks and wide-temperature operation, the EDS-4012-4GC-LV-T fits diverse field upgrades. Select copper or SFP per uplink, keep eight 10/100 access ports for local devices, and rely on Turbo Ring/Chain (< 20 ms; < 50 ms at ≥ 1 Gbps), RSTP/MSTP, MRP and LACP for resilience.
Security is IEC 62443-4-2 SL2, featuring HTTPS/SSH, 802.1X, ACLs, DHCP snooping, storm control, and MAC policies. MXstudio, SNMP, LLDP, RMON, syslog, SPAN/RSPAN, and fibre check simplify operations. OT protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET Device) and hardware-based IEEE 1588v2 PTP support deterministic performance.
Resources: 16K MAC, 1 MB buffer, jumbo frames, four quality of service queues, 256 VLANs, IGMP snooping/querier. Power is dual 12/24/48 VDC (9.6–60 VDC operating). IP40 metal housing, DIN-rail/wall mounting, -40 to 75°C operation.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
