The IKS-6728A-4GTXSFP-24-T targets control panels and vehicles standardised on 24 VDC plants. Two IM-6700A bays let you install up to 24 Fast Ethernet access ports in any combination of copper and fibre (MM/SM, SC/ST). At the same time, four Gigabit combo uplinks (RJ45/SFP) provide resilient backhaul to cores, recorders, or ICS DMZs. Modular, hot-swappable cards future-proof deployments as layouts change or distances extend.
Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain deliver deterministic availability for rapid ring self-healing (<20 ms on FE), plus open STP/RSTP/MSTP for mixed environments. V-ON™ minimises multicast interruption for video walls and process streams. Security covers the full L2 plane: IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, MAB, sticky MAC/Port Lock, MAC ACLs, HTTPS/SSH, and SNMPv3. Engineers shape traffic with VLAN (802.1Q/GVRP), quality of service (802.1p/ToS), IGMP snooping/GMRP, and LACP trunks; RMON, LLDP, and bandwidth management aid diagnostics and design. USB storage and ABC-02-USB simplify scripting, firmware, and zero-touch replacement.
Built for harsh cabinets, the fanless IP30 chassis shrugs off -40 to 75 °C temperatures and strong EMC. An alarm relay integrates with PLCs or annunciators, and line-swap fast recovery facilitates quick recovery after maintenance. Typical use cases include tunnel and roadway ITS nodes, plant DCS/SCADA systems, conveyor and crane networks, and building automation backbones, where 24 VDC is the standard rail voltage.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
