The IKS-6728A-8PoE-4GTXSFP-HV-T integrates PoE+ into Moxa’s modular managed platform, supplying up to 36 W per port across eight built-in IEEE 802.3af/at interfaces. With 24 modular Fast Ethernet slots and four Gigabit combo uplinks, it consolidates both data and power for high-demand devices such as IP surveillance cameras, rugged access points, and VoIP phones in mission-critical environments.
Redundancy is ensured by Turbo Ring/Turbo Chain (<20 ms recovery on FE) and open STP/RSTP/MSTP. V-ON™ technology accelerates multicast recovery for video and industrial applications. PoE management features include per-port scheduling, power budgeting, PD auto-check, and diagnostics, making it easy to maintain powered devices remotely. Security encompasses IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, MAB, sticky MAC/Port Lock, ACLs, HTTPS/SSH, and SNMPv3. Network management features span VLANs, quality of service, IGMP snooping/GMRP, LACP, RMON, and LLDP, while ABC-02-USB provides plug-and-play backup and restore.
The robust AC-powered chassis is fanless, rack-mountable, and hardened for temperatures ranging from -40 to 75 °C, featuring surge protection, an alarm relay, and fast line-swap recovery. It is ideal for transport depots, ports, substations, and city surveillance where PoE+ endpoints require reliable AC-fed infrastructure.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
