The Moxa ioLogik R1200 Series is a range of RS-485 remote I/O modules designed for cost-effective, dependable and easy-to-maintain remote process control and data acquisition systems. Using RS-485 serial communications, the range enables long-distance networking over simple two-wire cabling, helping reduce wiring complexity while maintaining reliable communication between field devices and the control system. With multiple I/O combinations available across the series, the ioLogik R1200 range gives engineers the flexibility to select the right module for a wide variety of industrial monitoring and control tasks.
Built to simplify installation and maintenance, the ioLogik R1200 Series features dual RS-485 ports with a built-in repeater, making it easier to create redundant wiring topologies and improve system resilience. Communication settings can be configured through software or USB, while firmware can be upgraded either locally via USB or remotely over the RS-485 network. Moxa’s ioSearch software also helps reduce commissioning and maintenance time by making it easier to configure devices, monitor status and duplicate settings across multiple modules on the same network.
The range includes models with 16 digital inputs, 8 digital inputs plus 8 configurable DIO, 6 digital inputs plus 6 relay outputs, 8 analogue inputs, and 4 analogue outputs. All models support Modbus RTU slave communications, accept a 12 to 48 VDC power input, and support DIN rail or wall mounting. Standard models operate from -10 to 75°C, while wide temperature versions support -40 to 85°C for harsher environments.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
