The PT-G510-4GTX4GSFP-PHR-HV-CT is a conformal-coated switch with 4x copper ports and 6x SFP slots, combining hybrid connectivity with enhanced resistance to corrosive and humid environments. IEC 61850-3 Edition 2 compliance and IEEE 1613 certification ensure substation-grade robustness.
Supporting PRP and HSR per IEC 62439-3, the switch provides zero-recovery-time redundancy. RedBox functionality enables seamless integration of non-redundant IEDs into fault-tolerant PRP/HSR domains. Additional redundancy mechanisms, such as Turbo Ring, MRP, STP, and RSTP, expand deployment flexibility.
The device includes hardware-assisted IEEE 1588v2 PTP with IEC 61850-9-3 and IEEE C37.238 profiles for sub-microsecond time synchronisation, while MMS/IEC 61850-90-4 and GOOSE Check streamline SCADA integration and diagnostics.
The conformal coating protects against airborne particulates, corrosive gases, moisture, and salt spray, ensuring reliable operation in chemically aggressive or coastal environments. Dual 110–220 VAC/VDC inputs and a temperature range of -40 to 75°C support continuous operation under extreme conditions.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
