The PT-G510-8GSFP-PHR-HV-CT extends the all-SFP Switch design with conformal coating for enhanced protection in corrosive, humid, or dusty substation environments. Certified to IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613, it provides 10x Gigabit SFP slots, ideal for fibre-intensive backbones in energy and utility networks.
Supporting PRP and HSR redundancy per IEC 62439-3, the device offers zero-time recovery for uninterrupted communication. Its RedBox role allows non-redundant devices to join PRP/HSR domains seamlessly. Other supported protocols include MRP, Turbo Ring/Chain, STP, and RSTP, providing a flexible network architecture.
Precise synchronisation is enabled by IEEE 1588v2 PTP with IEC 61850-9-3 and IEEE C37.238 profiles, while MMS/IEC 61850-90-4 integration and GOOSE Check simplify SCADA deployment and diagnostics.
The conformal coating safeguards internal components from airborne contaminants, salt mist, and moisture, extending lifecycle and reliability. Dual 110–220 VAC/VDC power inputs and -40 to 75°C operation ensure robust service even in demanding field conditions.
With its fibre density, redundancy, and enhanced protection, the PT-G510-8GSFP-PHR-HV-CT is a dependable choice for utilities and substations operating in chemically aggressive or high-humidity sites.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
