The PT-G510-4GTX4GSFP-PHR-WV-CT is a conformal-coated mixed-port managed switch featuring 4x copper and 6x SFP ports, designed for substation and industrial networks that require both hybrid connectivity and long-term resistance to corrosive environments.
Compliant with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613, the switch withstands EMI, surges, vibration, and temperature extremes. It supports PRP and HSR, as per IEC 62439-3, for seamless redundancy, while RedBox functionality integrates non-redundant devices into PRP/HSR domains. Other redundancy options include MRP, Turbo Ring/Chain, STP, and RSTP.
Equipped with IEEE 1588v2 PTP, the unit supports IEC 61850-9-3 and IEEE C37.238 power profiles for precise timing. MMS/IEC 61850-90-4 integration provides SCADA compatibility, and GOOSE Check enhances diagnostic visibility of protection messages.
The conformal coating protects against moisture, chemicals, dust, and salt mist, extending service life in demanding environments. Dual 24/48 VDC inputs and -40 to 75°C operation support resilient deployment in substations, renewable plants, and industrial sites. Security features, including SSH, RADIUS, TACACS+, and ACLs, align with NERC CIP requirements.
The PT-G510-4GTX4GSFP-PHR-WV-CT is designed for harsh environments that require hybrid connectivity, RedBox resilience, and additional assurance of conformal coating protection.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
