The PT-G510-4GTX4GSFP-PHR-WV offers a hybrid design with 4x copper ports and 6x SFP slots, making it ideal for substations that require both local device access and fibre backbone connectivity. Built to IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards, it withstands EMI, surges, vibration, and wide temperature extremes.
The switch allows integration of non-redundant Ethernet IEDs into PRP and HSR networks, meeting IEC 62439-3 for zero-time recovery. This ensures uninterrupted communication even during failures. Additional redundancy options such as MRP, Turbo Ring/Chain, RSTP, and MSTP provide maximum flexibility.
IEEE 1588v2 PTP, combined with IEC 61850-9-3 and IEEE C37.238 profiles, ensures precise time alignment for mission-critical devices. The built-in MMS server (IEC 61850-90-4) enables SCADA integration, while GOOSE Check improves visibility into protection traffic for easier troubleshooting.
Dual 24/48 VDC isolated power inputs provide redundant supply resilience. The wide operating range of -40 to 75°C supports deployment in outdoor substations and control houses, ensuring long-term dependability. Security features, including RADIUS, TACACS+, SSH, and ACLs, strengthen defences against unauthorised access.
The PT-G510-4GTX4GSFP-PHR-WV is well-suited for utilities, smart grids, and renewable energy sites where copper-fibre versatility, RedBox capability, and IEC 61850-3 compliance are mandatory.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
