The Moxa PT-G510-PHR-PTP-WV is a compact, full Gigabit redundancy box designed for mission-critical industrial applications requiring maximum uptime. Fully compliant with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards, this model ensures reliable performance in demanding environments such as power substations and process automation facilities.
Equipped with three Gigabit combo ports supporting both RJ45 and SFP connections, the PT-G510-PHR-PTP-WV provides high flexibility in deployment. It supports both Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and High-availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR) in accordance with IEC 62439-3, delivering zero recovery time to guarantee uninterrupted communications. Additional features, such as PRP/HSR coupling and QuadBox functionality, enable the creation of complex network topologies, thereby enhancing redundancy and resilience across large-scale infrastructures.
This model integrates a built-in MMS server, based on IEC 61850-90-4 switch data modelling, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems. It also supports IEEE 1588v2 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) for accurate time synchronisation in applications such as power automation and distributed control systems.
Designed for reliability in extreme environments, the PT-G510-PHR-PTP-WV operates within a wide -40 to 85°C temperature range and includes dual isolated power inputs of 24/48 VDC. Its robust aluminium housing and IP40 protection make it suitable for deployment in substations, oil and gas facilities, and heavy industrial sites.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
