The MOXA NPort 6610-16-2AC-G2 is a 16-port RS-232 secure terminal server for industrial users who need medium-density serial connectivity with the convenience of the 2AC package variant. In practical terms, it delivers the same core serial networking benefits as the standard NPort 6610-16-G2, but the ordering table identifies it as the version supplied with 2 power cables, which can be useful for standardised installation workflows, replacement planning, or multi-region deployment requirements. The device is well suited to environments where 16 legacy RS-232 devices must be brought onto an Ethernet network while maintaining stronger security controls than older-style serial device servers typically provide. Because it belongs to the NPort 6600-G2 family, it supports encrypted data transmission, Secure Boot, high-level certificate and encryption options, central authentication, and secure operation modes tailored to industrial networking and remote access. For SEO purposes, this model works well as a 16-port rackmount RS-232 terminal server for secure industrial serial networking, control systems, and remote device access. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
