The MOXA NPort 6650I-16-G2-T is a 16-port wide-temperature isolated secure terminal server built for harsh industrial environments where both electrical protection and environmental resilience are essential. With support for RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485, plus 2 kV isolation and a -40 to 75°C operating range, it is especially suitable for utility installations, harsh transport systems, exposed automation cabinets, industrial energy applications, and other field deployments where a normal indoor terminal server would not be robust enough. The 16-port density makes it a strong option for medium-sized rugged sites that need to integrate several serial devices without moving to a larger 32-port chassis.
Compared with the 6650I-8-G2-T, it supports more endpoints and is better suited to centralised rugged cabinets. Compared with the 6650I-16-G2, it adds wide-temperature performance for harsher locations. Compared with the non-isolated 6650-16-G2-T, it adds extra protection through 2 kV isolation. It still includes the shared NPort G2 secure networking feature set, including Secure Boot, TLS 1.2/1.3, SSHv2, SNMPv3, RADIUS, TACACS+, one-click log collection, and application analysis, helping it address both cyber-security and maintenance efficiency. For harsh-environment serial networking projects that need a mid-range port count and stronger protection against electrical noise, the NPort 6650I-16-G2-T is a very strong fit.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
