The MOXA NPort 6650I-8-2AC-G2-T is a wide-temperature 8-port isolated secure terminal server created for smaller rugged deployments that need flexible serial support, electrical isolation, and the convenience of the 2AC package variant. It supports RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485, adds 2 kV isolation, and is rated for -40 to 75°C, making it particularly well suited to remote industrial cabinets, roadside and rail systems, substations, harsh automation panels, and exposed utility sites where electrical noise and temperature extremes can both be present. The inclusion of 2 power cables makes it suitable for deployment standards that specify the 2AC package format.
Compared with the 6650I-8-G2-T, the main difference is the 2AC packaging. Compared with the 6650I-16-2AC-G2-T, it is better suited to smaller numbers of serial devices. Compared with the non-isolated 6650-8-2AC-G2-T, its major differentiator is the added 2 kV isolation for tougher electrical environments. It also retains the security, authentication, and troubleshooting capabilities of the wider G2 platform, including Secure Boot, TLS, SSH, SNMPv3, RADIUS, TACACS+, application analysis, and one-click log collection, helping it fit into secure, supportable OT architectures. For rugged low-port-count deployments that need mixed serial support and extra protection, the NPort 6650I-8-2AC-G2-T is an excellent specialist model.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
