he MOXA NPort 6600-G2 Series is a high-security family of rackmount terminal servers designed to connect legacy serial devices to modern Ethernet networks without compromising reliability, manageability, or cyber resilience. Built for industrial control, utilities, transport, factory automation, and remote device management, the series provides a secure path for migrating serial equipment into networked environments where encrypted communications and trusted firmware are now essential. Moxa positions the range as a 2nd Gen 8, 16, and 32-port secure terminal server family, with support for RS-232 on NPort 6610 models and RS-232/422/485 on NPort 6650 models, giving users a choice between straightforward serial networking and more flexible multi-interface connectivity. The range supports secure operation modes for Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, Pair Connection, Terminal, Reverse Terminal, Reverse SSH, Secure Redundant COM, and Secure Reverse Real COM, making it suitable for everything from PLC and HMI integration to serial device consolidation and remote console access. 

A major differentiator for the NPort 6600-G2 Series is its focus on security. The platform was developed using the IEC 62443-4-1 secure development life-cycle process and is also IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 certified, helping it fit regulated and security-conscious industrial networks. It supports TLS 1.2/1.3, SSHv2, SNMPv3, RADIUS, TACACS+, Secure Boot, TRNG, and high-level encryption suites including RSA-4096 and ECC-521, helping protect serial data as it traverses private or public networks. For maintenance teams and integrators, the range also includes one-click log collection and application analysis, which can reduce troubleshooting time during deployment and service. With 2 x 10/100/1000M Ethernet ports, an SD slot up to 2 TB, desktop or rack mounting, and operating temperature options from -10 to 60°C up to -40 to 75°C, the series suits control rooms, roadside cabinets, substations, manufacturing sites, and other demanding installations. The family also carries approvals including NEMA TS2, IEC 62368-1, UL 62368-1, EN 62368-1, EN 55032/35, FCC Part 15B Class A and RoHS

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
