The Moxa PT-7528-24TX-HV is an IEC 61850-3 compliant, Layer 2 managed rack-mount Ethernet switch designed for mission-critical power substation and automation networks. With 24 Fast Ethernet copper ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, it provides the flexibility and bandwidth required for high-density industrial infrastructures. This model operates on a single high-voltage 110/220 VDC or 110/220 VAC power input, making it ideal for deployment in substations and environments where AC or high-voltage DC power is standard.
The PT-7528-24TX-HV integrates Moxa’s Noise Guard technology, ensuring wire-speed forwarding with zero packet loss even under extreme electromagnetic interference. It supports IEC 61850-90-4 switch data modelling with a built-in MMS server for seamless integration into SCADA systems. Redundancy technologies, including Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, STP/RSTP, and MSTP, deliver network recovery in under 20 ms, significantly increasing reliability.
Security and management functions are extensive, with IEEE 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, SSH, and HTTPS safeguarding access. Fibre Check provides continuous monitoring and diagnostic capabilities for fibre connectivity, while VLAN, QoS, and bandwidth management keep network performance predictable.
Designed for operation across -40 to 85°C, the PT-7528-24TX-HV is rugged enough for outdoor substations, railway control systems, and heavy industry. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
