The Moxa PT-7528-20MST-4TX-4GSFP-HV is a robust managed Ethernet switch purpose-built for IEC 61850-3 substation automation. This model is equipped with 4 Fast Ethernet copper ports, 20 fibre ST ports, and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks to deliver high-capacity, flexible network designs. Operating on 110/220 VDC/VAC input, it ensures reliable power supply integration for utility environments.
It includes an MMS server that conforms to IEC 61850-90-4, enabling seamless SCADA interoperability and simplified power grid integration. Enhanced by Moxa’s Noise Guard technology, the switch ensures zero packet loss performance under high electromagnetic stress. With Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain (<20 ms recovery), along with MSTP and RSTP, the PT-7528 provides advanced redundancy and rapid fault recovery.
Security is strengthened through IEEE 802.1X authentication, RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMPv3, and encrypted management via HTTPS and SSH. QoS, VLANs, and IGMP snooping maintain traffic determinism, ensuring time-critical GOOSE and SMV messaging is prioritised. Administrators benefit from advanced monitoring and diagnostic features, including Syslog, RMON, alarm relay outputs, and Fibre Check for optical link health.
Housed in an IP40-rated aluminium enclosure, this fanless rackmount switch operates reliably in extreme conditions from -40 to 85°C. With compliance to IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, and substation EMC standards, the PT-7528-20MST-4TX-4GSFP-HV is ideal for substations, railway signalling, and other demanding industrial applications where security, reliability, and long-term resilience are paramount.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
