The Moxa PT-7528-24TX-HV-HV is a dual high-voltage powered managed Ethernet switch designed for IEC 61850-3 compliant power substations and industrial automation networks. Featuring 24 Fast Ethernet copper ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, it provides robust, scalable connectivity for high-bandwidth applications. With dual redundant 110/220 VDC/VAC inputs, this model ensures uninterrupted operation even if one power source fails, maximising uptime for mission-critical infrastructure.
Built to operate reliably in harsh substation environments, the switch incorporates Moxa’s Noise Guard technology, enabling zero packet loss at wire speed despite strong electromagnetic interference. It supports MMS server functionality based on IEC 61850-90-4, simplifying integration with SCADA systems and substation IEDs.
Redundancy is assured through Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, and standards-based STP/RSTP/MSTP, providing recovery times of less than 20 ms. Enhanced security features include IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, HTTPS, and SSH to defend against unauthorised access. Network efficiency is supported by VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, and bandwidth management, while Fibre Check delivers proactive monitoring and diagnostics of fibre connections.
Designed for extreme reliability, the PT-7528-24TX-HV-HV operates from -40 to 85°C and complies with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards. Its rugged rackmount design makes it suitable for deployment in substations, transportation control systems, and heavy industrial automation. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
